Busy day yesterday! Left the house at 6:00 AM, met Bryan ad Darcy at Merrill Park in Eagle for a bike ride to Ann Morrison Park. We wanted to be there by 7:00AM for the launching of the Boise Balloon Festival. The first half hour of our Greenbelt trip was in the dark - its awesome! Don't worry, we had lights! The annual Balloon Festival is lots of fun - but doesn't compare to Albuquerque!
Followed by breakfast at Joe Mamma's.  Ann and Sam joined us.

This afternoon, we headed up to Idaho City for their annual "Cruise In". Some very cool cars and awesome ice cream!  We enjoy quick jaunts to Idaho City - its only and hour and a quarter from home. They've has a lousy summer due to the Pioneer Fire - lots of smoke and the impression that the town is closed.
